Our Story
EquiTow was founded on the idea that being an equestrian is an expensive lifestyle no matter what your budget. As a child I was always frustrated that I couldn't go to shows with friends and compete where I couldn't ride too. Going to the vets was a walk or a call out and my hacking was limited to my local lovely area but I always wanted to explore further, do more with my ponies and horses. I was lucky enough to purchase a trailer later in life and travelled all over the country competing and exploring. What I realised though, was that most of the time my trailer sat parked up not being used to its full potential which sparked the idea of EquiTow. Why not give every equestrian the opportunity to create memories with their horses and ponies by creating a platform to find and hire suitable transport for any occasion or need. Also for renters to maximise the unused hours that their trailer spends sat still and make some extra income which is always a bonus in the equestrian world.

I have lived a horse obsessed life from a young age started off by pestering my parents for riding lessons and loaning all sorts before I got my first pony aged 11 and from then I've not looked back. I have been lucky enough to have my own horses and I have learned a lot and still have a lot to learn. By creating this platform hope open up equestrian trailer hire from trusted owners to explorer further and chase their dreams be it at a competition or a new hack that has previously be inaccessible.

How it Began
EquiTow launched in 2026, it has been a burning idea in my brain for sometime, finding the courage and learning the skills to launch this marketplace has been an exciting adventure that I hope enables equestrians of all backgrounds to further enjoy life with their horses and ponies.
Our Mission
EquiTow's mission to put equestrians in contact with others to safely rent and hire fully insured transportation. EquiTow benefits the hirer as it opens the way to travelling safely with you beloved friend and also helps the renter to gain an extra income which can only be a positive.

EquiTow serves like- minded equestrians looking for insured horse trailer hire from trusted owners. We enable you to explore further afield and navigate veterinary visits without the call out.
