Our marketplace platform

Our main website at equitow.co.uk is where this policy and the consent banner described above apply. Our trailer hire marketplace is provided on a separate platform, Sharetribe, and runs on a subdomain at hire.equitow.co.uk.

Because the marketplace runs on a different platform, it sets its own cookies and similar technologies and handles consent separately from our Wix website. These cookies support things like keeping you signed in, security, remembering your preferences and helping the marketplace function so owners and hirers can list, search, book and message one another. When you move from our main website to the marketplace, you may be presented with separate cookie information or consent options relating to that platform.

The marketplace is also where account and booking information is collected and processed. How we handle that personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which you should read alongside this Cookies Policy.
